**Referral Program Terms and Conditions**
These Terms and Conditions govern all current and future DataJet accounts. The Referral Program enables registered DataJet users to earn credits by referring friends, which can be applied to subsequent DataJet purchases.
1.1. To participate in the Referral Program, the Referrer must be a registered DataJet user.
1.2. The Referred Friend must be a new DataJet user and apply the referral code when creating an account or at checkout for their first purchase.
2.1. The Referrer obtains their unique referral code from the app’s referral section.
2.2. The Referrer shares their unique referral code with the Referred Friend.
2.3. The Referred Friend must use the referral code when signing up and completing their first purchase.
2.4. After the Referred Friend completes their first purchase, the Referrer receives a credit, visible in their DataMoney section.
3.1. *Credit Structure*: For every purchase made by the Referred Friend, the Referrer earns: 1€ for purchases up to 10€, 2€ for purchases between 10€ and 30€, and 3€ for purchases over 30€.
3.2. The Referrer earns credit for each successfully referred friend.
3.3. The Referrer is notified via push notification and email when the Referred Friend completes their first purchase, with the credit reflected in the referral credit section.
3.4. The Referrer can use earned credits as DataMoney at checkout for any eSIM or top-up purchase, with no limit on referrals.
3.5. The credit cannot be combined with a discount or used alongside any other promotion.
3.6. The credit is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
3.7. Can be used via the DataJet app or www.DataJet.org website.
3.8. Validity/Duration: One year from the last qualifying purchase.
4.1. DataJet may cancel or modify orders or revoke referral benefits for the following reasons:
4.2. Suspicious or fraudulent purchasing activity.
4.3. Promotion abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers.
4.4. Discount used in bad faith (including resold eSIMs or use of discount by customers purchasing products for the purpose of re-selling).
5.1. By participating, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and confirm you have read them.
5.2. The Promoter may amend or cancel these Terms and Conditions or any promotion at any time without prior notice.
5.3. The Promoter’s decisions regarding the campaign, Terms and Conditions, and entry eligibility are final and not subject to appeal.
5.4. The Company may determine an entrant’s identity in case of disputes, at its sole discretion.
5.5. Entrants bear all costs of accessing the promotional website, depending on their Internet service provider. The Promoter is not liable for entry-related expenses or refunds.
